2 Tupperwares
1 cup apple juice ( You need 4 big green apples)
1 tablet Piriton
Drink as much water as you want
Procedures:
First day:
9.00 a.m. Take your breakfast with plain porridge, meehoon or meesua. Strictly no oil, meat or vegetables. Drink 1 big cup of apple juice.
3.00 p.m. Mix 4 tablespoons of oral Epson salts and 3 tablets of Vitamin C with 3cups of cold water in a Tupperware and keep in the fridge.
7.00 p.m. Drink 3/4 cup of the Epson salts with vitamin C and rest for 15 minutes.
9.00p.m. Drink another 3/4 cup of the Epson salts with vitamin C and rest for 15 minutes.
10.45 p.m. Pour 1/2 cup olive oil into the second tupperware. Squeeze out 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice and add to the olive oil. Cover the tupperware and shake hard until it turns watery. Take 1 tablet Piriton. ( This will make you sleepy.
11.00 p.m. Drink olive oil and grapefruit juice. Lie down immediately. Lie still on your back and go to sleep.
2nd day:
7.00 a.m. Drink 3/4 cup Epson salts. Go back to bed.
9.00a.m. Drink another 3/4 cup Epson salts. Go back to bed.
11.00 a.m. Can eat your normal food.
Note: Take 1 bottle of Vitagen every day for 1 week.
You will experience purging after taking the epson salts solution. When you pass out your motion check for anything green. These are the stones. Sometimes you will see white powder.
