Vertigo (dizziness)

Vertigo is a feeling of dizziness whereby you can feel your head is spinning and lost of balance. This will be accompanied with nausea and vomiting. Anything taken will be vomited out.  This disease is often associated with the inner ear problem. The symptoms can happen all of a sudden.

There is no specific treatment for such disease. To prevent the head from spinning, close the eyes and rest. The dizziness will go off the next morning. If it does not go off, go for medical check-up.

Here is a remedy which soothes some people. Take about 12 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a tablespoon of pure honey to a glass of water. Take this mixture twice a day.
