Wood Fungus,Red Dates and Ginger Are Good for Blood Circulation

Wood fungus is sold in Chinese medicine shop. Sometimes people mistook it as cloud ear. They are quite similar. The difference is that wood fungus is bigger than cloud ear. It is usually sold dried so you have to soak it before cooking dishes. If used for medicinal purpose, you don't have to soak it. This is because we take only the juice after cooking with other ingredients.
Wood fungus is believe to improve blood circulation and is best for people who are also feeling tired.

Red dates are small, oblong wrinkle red seed fruit.They are good for blood circulation and improve memory. Red dates can also threat sore throat, insomnia and people with poor appetite. They are also good for fatigue, hypertension and  physical exhaustion.

Ginger is pale yellow in colour. It has medicinal values. It helps to relieve indigestion, gas pain, diarrhea, stomach cramp and helps improve blood circulation. Ginger can also help to remove toxins from the body,cleanse  the bowels and kidney. It can also help to remove phlegm from the lungs.

All these three ingredients are to be boiled together with water until all the ingredients expand. Take a piece of wood fungus, 1 cup of red dates and a thumb size of crushed ginger. It will give a fragrant smell when cooked. It can be taken once a week for good blood circulation.
