Papaya Leaves

Have you heard of people recovering from dengue fever by taking papaya leaves juice. I have heard this from a friend who had just recovered from dengue fever. The stem of this plant is erect in young plants, but becomes creeping when old. The stem is slender with branches and thorns. It has a pale pink or purple flower heads arise from the leaf axils.
